When will my order ship?

We ship orders Monday through Friday.  Cutoff times for orders are 12pm (EST), Monday through Friday.  Processing of orders takes approximately 1-3 business days.  Orders placed after the cutoff time will begin processing the following business day.  Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday through Sunday) will begin processing on Monday.  All US Territory addresses, Hawaii and Alaska addresses, International Addresses, and APO/FPO orders can expect shipping times ranging 5-12 business days.

During sale events and promotions, please allow up to 4 full business days to process and get your order out. Rest assured our team will be working hard to get all orders out ASAP!

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Once you have placed your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. You will receive your order, depending upon location, within 5-12 business days.

How do you ship packages?

We utilize just about every shipping method available around the globe.  Our packages will be shipped via ePacket, USPS, DHL or FedEx, depending on the weight and size of the product ordered and its onhand location.

Will my order ship all in one package?

We utilize multiple shipping facilities and warehouses and in order to get your items out to you as quickly as possible, your order may ship in multiple packages. You can view the number of shipments for each order by reviewing your order status. 

Where is my item shipping from?

Our main office is located in the Olympic City USA Colorado Springs, Colorado; however, we have multiple warehouses both in the United States and overseas. Your item will ship from whichever warehouse is currently holding your item in stock. 

Can I make a change to my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Please be aware that we only have a very short window to make changes, therefore, we cannot guarantee that changes (including requests to cancel an order) can be made once an order has been placed. 

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship to over 240 countries worldwide, just ask us if your country is one that we ship to if you're unsure.

How much is shipping?

Our shipping rates are simple.  They are flat rates, so you don't need to worry about weights, therefore you can order as much as you want.  We also offer free shipping depending on your country. 

- For the U.S., all U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses, the flat rate is $8.95 for orders under $60 and free for orders over $60.

- For the U.K., Canada, Mexico, and Australia, the flat rate is $12.95 for orders under $75 and free for orders over $75.

- For all other countries, the flat rate is $16.95 for orders under $150 and free for orders over $150.

Who pay Tariffs, Taxes, and Duties for my package?

It is the sole responsibility of the customer for the customs tariffs, taxes, and/or duties imposed on items shipped.  For the most part, this is not a problem for our customers, because a LARGE majority of our product line are tariff, and duty free.  However, there are very rare instances that tariffs, taxes, and/or duties are imposed upon the packages prior to receipt.

When will my card be charged for this order?

Your card will be charged as soon as you submit your order. 

What currency are prices listed in?

All of our prices are listed in US Dollars, but the currency will convert at checkout if you choose to do so.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards, to include: American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB, MasterCard, VISA, and PayPal. 

Do you have any promo or discount codes?

Yes, we certainly do!  If you signup to our newsletter with your email address, we tend to send out promo codes from time to time in our newsletters during our flash sales and special event sales.

Products and Returns

What are final sale items?

All items with prices ending in $ .77, .87, .97 are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned for store credit.  Additionally, bath & body products, and swimsuits, are non-returnable.  In the event of an unauthorized return, Modish Boss, LLC reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for bath and body products, swimsuits, or final sale items.

When do you get new items in?

We work with MANY different clothing brands, vendors, and suppliers.  We are always up to date with the latest and most chic and trendy fashion designs.  We update our collections weekly with new items, so make sure you check back often.

When do your 'Out of Stock' items get replaced?

It depends, because some items become last seasons/years inspiration and therefore we won't bring it back or restock.  However, for HOT items that tend to be our best sellers, we tend to restock within 1-2 weeks after the stockout, so check back often.

How come some of your products have different or no sizing charts?

We source for various manufacturers and clothing distributors, therefore the size charts are from them and some measurement methods are different.  We want you to have unique and modern, trendy fashion sense that no one else has, but definitely WANTS!!  It is for that very reason that we source from many different places.  Some items, like our tanks are true to size, therefore there won't be a size chart.  Most of our items are in centimeters and some are in inches.  It all depends on the garment piece and where it's coming from, so be sure to double check your measurements and sizing prior to checking out.  We'd hate for you to receive a lovely, stunning piece only to find that you ordered the wrong size.
